Sunday Worship
We meet 10:30am every Sunday at; Our Worship is informal and can vary week by week, but it normally follows the following patternWe commence with a time of singing, during which scripture will be shared, prayers will be offered and a Children’s Story will be told.
We have a time of Communion where we focus upon what Christ has done for us upon the cross. All Believers are welcome to join in.
There is then a time of sharing in which we hear testimonies of God’s blessings upon our lives and also announcements of coming events. The children leave for ‘Sunday School’ at the start of this time.
The Sermon, which is the focus of the service is preached and lasts about 45mins. Please feel free to take notes, ask for a bible or to go to the toilet. Whilst sometimes the words may be uncomfortable, we do want you to be physically relaxed and ‘at home’.
After the final hymn and prayer, we invite you to stay for refreshment and friendly conversation. If you want a personal conversation with the pastor or leader then please ask.
We need to leave the premises by 13:00 hrs.
Midweek Meetings
We meet on Wednesday Evenings at 19:30hrs for Fellowship at Woodvale Community Centre Meadow Ln, PR8 3RS We alternate Bible Study with Prayer and Praise. The atmosphere is informal, but our desire is to meet with the Lord as well as each other. We finish about 21:00hrs.Prayer Meetings
People meet for prayer during the week as is suitable. We have a monthly meeting to pray for the ChurchBible Study
We have a Men’s Bible Study and a Ladies Bible Fellowship once a month which has proved very popular.
